Opto-Mechanical Assemblies

Supported by our in-house mechanical plant, that is equipped with both conventional and CNC machines, we are capable to provide simple precision mechanical parts to complex opto-mechanical assemblies.

The assembly are carried out in Class 100 Flow tables. We have custom designed and setup optical alignment equipment (Ball Centering / Wedge Alignment) to align the optical and mechanical components. Quality check is performed at each stage of production, ensuring that no defects will be present in the final assembled product.
