Our Mechanical facility in Malaysia is equipped with CNC metal process machineries and equipment for the fabrication of high precision mechanical components and housings.

The process is support by a wide range of measuring instruments to ensure the parts are produced to specification before proceeding to assembly.
These mechanical components are produce from ferrous, non-ferrous metal and alloy steels. They are assembled with our optical components to ship as sub-assemblies or systems.

The mechanical components are surface treated to improve appearance, hardness and increase resistance to corrosion, tarnish, and abrasion.

Types of surface treatments available are anodising, chromate, bluing and galvanising.
