THIN FILM COATING
Our coating machines are located in Class 10,000 cleanroom and is equipped with a cleaning chamber.
The optics are first clean with an automated ultrasonic cleaner, then final clean in Class 100 flow tables, prior to coating. This is to removes different contaminations from the surface to be coated, ensuring the adhesiveness of the coatings.
The optical thin films coating is determine by the structure and number of layers in the coating, the refractive indices of the materials and the optical properties of the substrate.Once the coating has been determined, the correct vacuum disposition chamber is chosen. Our vacuum chambers are equipped with a combination of coating deposition system.
